Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on your speakers and audio equipment?
Yes, all Q Acoustics products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Passive speakers are generally covered for 5 years, while powered speakers and electronics are covered for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging and condition for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Can I use Q Acoustics speakers with my existing home theater receiver?
Most of our passive speakers are designed to be compatible with a wide range of AV receivers and amplifiers. Please check the impedance and power handling specifications on the product page to ensure a perfect match for your system.
