Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your speakers or accessories in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for return to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
